We hope you had a lovely Diamond Jubilee weekend and any celebrations you went to weren’t washed out buy the disappointing weather!
Battersea Park was the setting for a glorious 1950′s vintage fair on Sunday, to coincide with the River Pageant passing by for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations. We braved the crowds and the threat of rain to attend the event, and were rewarded with a lovely atmosphere and with revellers, entertainment and sideshows that had ...Read more

We all know in the Rustic Angels Cabin that our marketing guru Lauren’s a bit of a drama queen, but last night she excelled herself by taking part in a local drama production of a 1940′s set comedy Murdered to Death at The Courtyard Theatre in Chipstead.

We were there to support her, and just loved all ...Read more

I set off bright and early this morning with my youngest, Chloe, to attend Pfizer’s Yearly Family Barbeque which raises funds for Tadworth Court Childrens’ Hopsital. They certainly picked the right day as the sun was shining and there was hardly a cloud in the sky.

There was, of course, the cupcake lady and it would have been really rude not to try one…. yum yum!!

We were lucky enough to spend a very happy Christmas and New Year on holiday in Switzerland, where (unlike in England) the snow doesn’t stop play, and life carries on in the stunning alpine environment.
Just because the children are grown up now, it doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy playing in the snow, and quite a few happy hours were spent making the cuddliest snow-bear ever seen!! What do you think?
We hope you managed to make the most of the snow ...Read more

I escaped the office on Tuesday for an exciting day out at Ardinglys International Antiques and Collectors Fair. Set in the South of England Showground, near Haywards Heath, the fair boasts up to 1,700 stalls, 5 buildings, 90 shopping arcades, 6 marquees and 100s of outside pitches.
On arrival we were a bit put off by the rather inclement weather (extremely heavy downpours) but after getting a good soaking we decided we would make the most of ...Read more

I recently bought my daughter a new camera for her birthday and she took this gorgeous photo of our boxer Phoebe taking a break from her Rustic Angels duties.
Not only is she great company up at Rustic Angels HQ, she also has kept my waistline in check for the last 5 years (for which I will always be eternally grateful!).
Here she is having a chill out on the lawn in the lovely sunshine.
It’s true what they say – it really ...Read more
