Our standard postage charge is £4.95 for delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom. However, there are additional charges to the Shetland Islands and Western Isles. We will contact you with any additional costs with regards to shipping. Wherever possible we try to dispatch your purchases within 48 hours but please allow 10 working days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately and let you know when we expect new stock and give you the option of a refund or the option to wait.

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Service and we will always makes sure things are properly packed to protect them in transit.

In the event that you are not available to receive your parcel at the delivery address, you will be left a card asking you to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.  Please arrange this as soon as possible, as failure to respond will result in the parcel being returned to us and another delivery charge will be incurred, which we will unfortunately have to pass on to you.



We can deliver any of our items anywhere in the world but we would need to charge you the actual cost of postage, which will depend on your location and the weight of your items. You can complete your order on our site and select the “Overseas order” option when it comes to payment and we will not actually take any payment at that time.

When we receive your order we will advise you by email what the delivery charge will be and you can then make payment of the full order amount by providing us your credit or debit card details or using Paypal (you will need a Paypal account to pay that way but it is free and easy to set one up at www.paypal.com).

For some heavy or high value items items or deliveries to certain locations we can only dispatch using a tracked courier service and we will advise you of the cost of that.

In line with our environmental policy, wherever possible we use recycled cardboard and shredded paper to package your items. If the item is particularly delicate and bubble wrap is required we only use bubble wrap that has been used by our suppliers to send the item to us. We recycle all our own household paper and containers, so don’t be surprised if your picture frame turns up in a Frosties box!



If you receive your item and it is faulty please telephone us to let us know the extent of the damage. The item will need to be returned to us in its original packaging with the invoice enclosed within 7 days. For faulty items we offer a refund of your order total and a refund of your return postage. Please speak to us before you return your parcel and we will let you know the best way to post it back to us.

All the items dispatched are checked thoroughly for quality control before they are posted. Please note – All items are photographed prior to packaging to help us with any faulty claims after the item has been received.

If you receive your item and it is not what you want please telephone us for details on how to return it. A full refund of your order total will be given once the items are received back to us in their original packaging and in perfect order. However, if the item is as described and photographed and you have just changed your mind we will not be able to offer a refund of your return postage.
